The Bush Theatre’s hit play Purple Pitch will switch to @sohoplace theatre, with the unique forged – Kedar Williams-Stirling, Emeka Sesay and Francis Lovehall – reprising their roles.
The manufacturing performs for a strictly restricted run at @sohoplace, opening on Thursday 21 March, with previews from Friday 15 March, and operating @sohoplace till Saturday 4 Might 2024.
Kedar Williams-Stirling (Intercourse Schooling), Emeka Sesay (The Energy) and Francis Lovehall (Small Axe) are directed by Daniel Bailey within the award-winning play about brotherhood, ambition, ladies, neighborhood, and what it actually means to belong.
What occurs when your soccer pitch, a spot you’ve laughed, fought, and cast friendships – the very existence of your closeknit neighborhood – is threatened by impending demolition? Can lifelong pals proceed to dream of stardom, or will their objectives be torn down alongside their dwelling?
